  • A vaginal discharge with an abnormal color, or smell

Other symptoms may include:

  • Inexplicable chills
  • Persistent fatigue
  • Urgent or painful urination
  • Bleeding after intercourse
  • Menstrual cramping
  • Menstrual bleeding or spotting
  • Inexplicable nausea
  • No menstruation
  • Painful sexual intercourse

However, there may be an absence of symptoms and the resulting infertility is usually due to Chlamydia.
